We are developing surface marker–based and microfluidic systems to capture and characterize circulating tumor cells from patient blood samples. These platforms enable early diagnosis and dynamic monitoring of brain and ovarian cancers. Integration of surface proteomics and imaging enhances sensitivity and specificity.
