My lab investigates DNA damage repair and replication stress pathways that drive resistance to chemotherapy and PARP inhibitors. We develop siRNA-loaded lipid nanoparticles to silence undruggable repair and checkpoint proteins in glioblastoma, ovarian, and breast cancers. The goal is to restore sensitivity to temozolomide, PARP inhibitors, and other alkylating agents.
